Please register for the conference by registering your personal information below. There is an option to register for part of the conference on the morning of September 18, 2008 (practical focus) or for the complete conference on September 18-19, 2008 (academic focus). There is no conference fee for either part, but participants will be asked to pay for own travel and accommodation expenses.
The registration deadline for the conference is September 1st 2008. For administrative reasons paper presenters are kindly asked to register for the conference as well.
