In October 2009 the Asia Research Centre moved to new premisses in a completely renovated building at the CBS Porcelænshaven Campus as the ware house of the former Royal Copenhagen Porcelain Factory has been converted to provide premises for education and research. Asia Research Centre occupies the full third floor.

The conference will take place in the big auditorium at the ground floor of the building.
