The Asia Link consortium of University of Nottingham, Copenhagen Business School, Central University of Finance and Economics, University of Malaysia and Xinjiang University has published 3 short bibliographies covering EU procurement, WTO procurement and General Issues in Public Procurement. These will be followed by a comprehensive general bibliography at a later date.

This is a bibliography listing readings in the English language on public procurement and public contracting regulation within Southern Africa, which has been produced by the UK Africa Inter-University Partnership for Teaching and Research in Public Procurement Regulation ( http://sun025.sun.ac.za/portal/page/portal/law/index.english/public_proc ). It aims to provide a fairly comprehensive list of commentaries in the broader field of public procurement and public contracting regulation in Southern Africa and includes in-depth works (books and articles), shorter notes (including case discussions) as well as reports. Given the limited amount of materials in this area, the bibliography is currently not organised under topics, but simply alphabetically. It is envisaged that this bibliography will be integrated into the comprehensive global bibliography on public procurement regulation currently being developed by the EU-Asia Inter University Network for Teaching and Research in Public Procurement Regulation, which will be thematically organised.
The bibliography was last updated in May 2009.
