I am researching the configurations of well-being and productivity in a large postal distribution company in Denmark, trying to show how the historically created distinction and purification of spheres of ‘the social/people’ and ‘the technical/production’ are still creating a lot of problems in practice.
An alternative version of the relation between well-being and productivity with the outset in the work task and its material arte facts is sought for, at the same time trying to destabilize the otherwise unquestioned normativity surrounding notions of participation, influence, autonomy
The contribution of the research lies primarily within the field of psycho-social working environment research and critical management studies. 
Auto-photography, observation and interview form part of my empirical material.
Actor Network Theory serves as my main theoretical inspiration.
