Oprindelig ’hard core’ økonomi med fokus på virksomhedsøkonomi og operationsanalyse. Siden sidst i 1980erne en bred vifte af temaer inden for de mere kvalitative aspekter af ledelse og personlige og organisatoriske eksistentielle spørgsmål angående identitet, værdier, ansvar og succes, herunder: etik i organisationer, sociale og etiske regnskaber, værdiledelse, virksomheders sociale ansvar og senest spirituelt baseret ledelse.
