Faglige interesser
In general, I am interested in organization, order, efficiency, collaboration, coordination etc. as effects – as outcomes of historical, social processes. I study these processes, their circumstances and dynamics, from which I try to deduce managerial challenges and issues.
Such processes I have studied in various contexts, e.g. projects, networks and formal organizations. Recently, empirical research has been focused on the design and management of the building process.
