Ann Westenholz is professor of Management and Strategy at the Department of Organization and Industrial Sociology, Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. Her long standing research interest is in workplace democracy and she has, in the last 30 years, been involved in research concerning semiautonomous working groups, workers' representative on boards of directors, worker-managed and worker-owned firms. She is currently investigating management and organizations in Chinese companies settled in Denmark.
