Marion Pötz, Assistant Professor at the Department of Innovation and Organizational Economics, has been selected as recipient of the main prize of the Rudolf Sallinger Foundation for her dissertation “The value of analogous markets in generating innovative ideas. An empirical analysis of intermarket analogy effects “.

The Rudolf Sallinger Foundation main prize is given to outstanding scientific publications that contribute to a better understanding of the challenges of small and medium-sized businesses and support the notion of autonomy and cooperative interrelations of humans.

The prize, amounting to 3.600 EUR, will be awarded in the course of a celebratory event on 6 February 2009 in Vienna.
