You are invited to an informal reception for Professor Howard Becker  with splendid music and participants may be inspired to dance.
 
Sven Bislev and Michael W. Hansen have kindly agreed to accompany Howard Becker on the piano with their unique brand of IKL Jazz.
 
Howie, although 80 years of age and claiming not to be in practice, is looking forward to a “messy tinkle” on the keys of the Department’s not-quite-in-tune-perhaps piano.
 
Anyway, we will all have a very good time.
