Invitation for Danish Business Companies to be Partner with Copenhagen Business Confucius Institute

 

Danish business companies entering into a partnership with the Business Confucius Institute at Copenhagen Business School (CBCI) will be offered services, useful to their business activities in China.

A partnership with the CBCI will offer contact to Chinese research institutes within business administration, science and technology and other research institutes, which are of importance to the Danish company.

A partnership with the CBCI will signal to Chinese business companies that its Danish business partner has a commitment for the long-term and full presence at the Chinese market.

What does a Partnership with CBCI involve?

 

Your company will support an initiative to promote cultural understanding and co-operation between Denmark and China – an important condition for all other co-operation activities.

■ Your corporate logo is displayed on the CBCI partner webpage together with an introduction in Chinese and English to your company. CBCI shall guarantee a professional translation (max 1.000 words) from English into Chinese.

■ Following courses for your company:

   ● 10x2 hrs. tailor-made Chinese language course incl. teaching materials taught by certified Chinese lecturers.
   ● 2x2 hrs. introduction to Chinese Business Culture by lecturers with professional business experience from China.

Copenhagen Business Confucius Institute

 

China is a nation with an old culture and with a continued and uninterrupted existence not matched by any other country. Over the last 3.000 years, China’s importance to the world has at times been strong, at other times less so. Today, Chinese culture, language, philosophy and business traditions are all back and will in the coming years play a significant international role.

Since 2004, China’s Ministry of Education has supported the establishment of more than 350 Confucius Institutes worldwide. In Denmark, Copenhagen Business Confucius Institute (CBCI) was inaugurated in September 2008, at Copenhagen Business School (CBS).

The purpose of the Confucius Institutes is to introduce Chinese language and culture to the world and act as a platform for exchange and co-operation with other cultures.

At the Business Confucius Institute, Copenhagen Business School, the promotion of business understanding and co-operation between Danish and Chinese companies constitutes an additional purpose of the Confucius Institute.
