With education and professional experience from both China and Europe, John Fu is working as a management consultant serving his clients on the global basis. His experience includes business development within food & beverages, clean-tech and pharmaceutical industries; strategic alliance and global partnership management. John Fu is also a cross-cultural management consultant, specifically on MNCs in China and Chinese companies in Europe. His clients in Denmark include: APV, Danfoss, Danisco, Grundfos, Novo Nordisk, Vestas, just to name a few.

During his talk, Fu will review how China's development has presented challenges and opportunities of foreign ventures doing business in China, what China is offering as an important market place, and moreover, he will use cases to illustrate how Danish companies can identify critical cross-cultural management issues and thus ensure their successful operations in China.
