Suprateek Sarker is currently a tenured full Professor (Microsoft Chair of Information Systems) at the Center of Applied ICT, Copenhagen Business School. His research has been published in some of the leading journals in the IS discipline, including the European Journal of Information Systems, Information Systems Research, Decision Support Systems, Journal of the AIS, Journal of Management Information Systems, IEEE Transactions, Information & Management, Journal of Strategic Information Systems, Information Systems Journal, and Communications of the ACM.
In 2006, he was awarded the Stafford Beer Medal by the Operational Research Society, UK for his paper on virtual teamwork (with Professor Sahay, U. of Oslo).
