Assistant Professor Ravi Vatrapu awarded an International Research Network Grant.

CAICT Assistant Professor Ravi Vatrapu received an international researcher networking grant from the Danish Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation. The official announcement is here:
Grant Title: Comparative Informatics Workshop: Towards a Systematic Global Study of ICTs
Grant Amount: DKK 357.192,00
Grant Description: The Comparative Informatics workshops bring together Danish and foreign information and communication technology (ICT) researchers for networking and matchmaking. The workshop focuses on five ICT domains (online gaming, e-government, collaboration, usability, and design).

Grant Activities:
1st IWCI
The First International Workshop on Comparative Informatics (IWCI-1) will be held from 22-23 August-2010 at the Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. The primary objective of first workshop is to collaboratively develop a collective research project proposal.
2nd IWCI
