PhD programme in accounting and auditing

The programme of Accounting and Auditing covers the areas of financial accounting, management accounting and auditing in the private and well as the public sector. Research at the department is done according to a variety of theoretical perspectives, including economics, sociology and political science. The department is actively engaged in a number of research networks, including the Danish Center for Accounting and Finance, The Danish Corporate Governance Network, and the European Audit Research Network. The department is also actively engaged in setting up the Nordic Accounting Research Network with the aim of cooperating in offering high quality PhD courses in accounting and auditing.
