Sanne Frandsen: Employer Branding

How can Employer Branding effect the perception of a company as an attractive workplace among potential and existing employees? 
And how does a company’s reputation as a corporate social responsible player influence the organization’s ability to attract and retain talents?
These are the two main questions of my research in which I build theory at the intersection of Organization and Communication focusing on identity and identification in both streams of literature.
