Strategisk Effektivitet

Mark Holst-Mikkelsen
Ph.d. projektet omhandler, hvordan virksomheder kan forbedre deres evne til at føre deres strategier ud i livet. Der anvendes en særlig kombination af kvalitative og kvantitative analyseteknikker, der gør det muligt at identificere de kritiske faktorer for strategisk målopfyldelse. Mere end 60 virksomheder og 3.300 personer deltager i projektet, som gennemføres i et samarbejde mellem CBS og konsulentvirksomheden Strategos.

Selvledelse og værdiskabelse i det moderne arbejdsliv

Projektet undersøger sammenhængen mellem selvledelse og ledelse af selvledelse i det moderne arbejdsliv. Centralt står i denne sammenhæng spørgsmålet om nye betingelser for værdiskabelse, herunder ikke mindst de udfordringer, der opstår, når selvledelse melder sig som en afgørende betingelse for skabelse af værdi. Med henblik på at udfolde denne problematik undersøges det, hvordan kriterierne for og kilderne til værdiskabelse er under ombrydning, samt hvordan denne ombrydning stiller nye krav til måderne, hvorpå arbejdslivet organiseres.

Selvledelse som eksistentiel myndiggørelse

Tommy Kjær Lassen
Jeg forsker i selvledelsens normativitet som den emergerer i casevirksomheden DONG Energy Power. Jeg er særligt interesseret i selvledelsens paradoksalitet og eksistentialitet og herunder spændingen mellem selvledelsesbegrebets transitivitet og intransitivitet.
Projektet gennemføres som aktionsforskning med et nyttemål om at konceptualiserer selvledelse som eksistentiel myndiggørelse – dvs. imellem selvdisciplinering og personlig emancipitation.
Forskningsprojektet skriver sig ind i ledelsesfilosofi og entreprenørteori med et særligt bidrag fra teologisk inspireret livsfilosofi. Således er projektet desuden en fænomenologisk analyse.

Prevention Practices in the Danish Health Care System: from Prevention Strategies to Patients’ Self-care

I am conducting an ethnographic fieldwork where I follow the movement and transformation of a prevention strategy aimed at arteriosclerosis patients from the clinical setting at a Danish hospital to the patients’ private homes. The project focuses on prevention practices; how prevention is done relationally between different human and non‐human actors and it investigates how prevention transforms and multiplies as it moves within and across different spaces, life‐worlds, technologies, and materials over time.

Global value chain (GVC) is a known concept for the emerging economies in the South as many scholars such as Nadvi and Halder (2005), Schmitz and Knorringa (1999), Kaplinsky and Readman (2001), Humphrey and Memedovic (2003), Schmitz and Elgar (2004) and Nadvi (1999) examined the importance of external linkages for industrial clusters, learning from global buyers, integration of SMEs in GVC,  promoting networks as a means of entering new markets, local enterprises in the global economy and linkage of competitiveness with collective efficiency.
