Copenhagen Lectures by Trevor Hartley
CBS’ Law Department is pleased to announce the lecture Choice-of-Court Agreements: The Global Judgments Convention – Background and Perspectives by Professor Trevor Hartley, London School of Economics and Political Science.
Trevor Hartley is an expert on EU and international business law and Emeritus Professor of Law at the London School of Economics.
He is one of the two British members of the Groupe européen de droit international privé (European Group for Private International Law) and has functioned as a consultant for the Commission of the European Communities and the Ministry of Justice (the UK), among other things.

The lecture will take place on 25 March 2010 from 15:00-16:30 at CBS, Novo Nordisk Lecture Hall (SPs 14), Solbjerg Plads 3, Frederiksberg.
